As stated in the recent EU Declaration, the Europe Green Deal is the roadmap for achieving the viability of the EU economy and this is expected to happen if it is possible to turn any climate and environmental challenges into opportunities in all policy areas, while at the same time to achieve a transition that is fair to all and without exclusions. The Europe Green Deal provides an action plan to enhance the efficient use of resources with a view to the transition to a clean, cyclical economy as well as the restoration of biodiversity and the reduction of pollution. The ultimate goal of the EU is to become climate neutral in 2050 and that is why there is a proposal for a new European Climate Law, which is going to turn such a political commitment into a legal obligation for each Member State. Implementation of the Europe Green Agreement will require action in all sectors of the economy
